is there any file where to see how many cupboards has every player placed?

No, it's a runtime data plugin. There is no file used to store data.
I've added a command to list a specific player cupboard count.

It's available in the next update comming soon.

The plugin has been updated, the version 1.4.0 have a new command to retrieve informations concerning players TCs.
