I centered it for my 2560x1440 Fullscreen. I plan on adding the capability for players to adjust their own position as I'm able.

I also modified the original plugin to automatically turn the crosshair on when a player connects or respawns. It doesn't yet care about whether they want it on or not. That will come later.

Originally /crosshair toggle for off/on still works.
