Web request callback raised an exception (JsonReaderException: Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: E. Path '', line 0, position 0.) get this error on server console when someone joins

i thought reload oxide.reload countryblock then this pops up on server console

i get these with connect messages if this dont show up then wont kick/ban players that i have country blocked this only works for hour or so then this error dont show up any more then dont work country block at all
