If this is a custom map with a custom monument you'll have to get the name of the prefab by editing the map using something like K1llYou's https://www.rustedit.io/
If it's a known monument prefab that comes with Rust you can find the monument prefab in this list: https://www.corrosionhour.com/rust-prefab-list/
Keep in mind I haven't tested all prefabs so your mileage may vary on the plugin finding valid spawn locations within a custom prefab.

worth noting if the custom monument does not show up in the list of monuments on the map this plugin won't find the monument, custom maps need to indicate that it's a tiered monument of some sort (i am a total n00b to rust map making so i don't know if or how this is even done)
