I have heli's blocked on my server but people can buy them and waste scrap. I have no idea how else to deal with this aside from setting up a custom zone. Is this something that this plugin could support?

We have a very high gather rate and also the option for players to buy their minis through the vehicle licence plugin. But they rather buy it from Bandit cause then they also get 50million fuel in it xD

There is another plugin that controls the Fuel for the Vehicles purchased and this plugin does not control the Seller NPCs or their options.

For anyone still looking to solve this, Vehicle Vendor Options allows restricting vehicles to permission. It also allows customizing the fuel given.
