One of my players just brought to my attention this STUFF vendor that you can't interact with. The NPC still waves at you but you can't press E on it. Is this a real vedor that use to sell stuff? I don't see it in my data file at all.

I have the data file but this bandit wont sell anything. All the other stores are working fine. Tried unloading the mod too! Still wont work
