No - that is not possible.
is it possible to change how many items are available. everything i add sets to 10 and i see other options that are over 400. Is this based off the items itself thats coded into rust or could you possibly make this a feature?FastBurst

the amounts cannot be changed in the ingame vending. I have tried everything and it seems those are just hard coded somewhere in the game and random as well.
