[CompoundTeleport] Generated 72 spawn points at the Outpost
[CompoundTeleport] Generated 33 spawn points at the Bandit Camp

I have that set to false, I don't want any spawn points in any of these places

That is from a plugin called CompoundTeleport, this is Compound Options.
