Is there a way you can add a Dailylimit config to?

Per the documentation:
  • Configurable cooldown (in millseconds, default 195ms)

Set that to one day's worth of milliseconds.

Yes but like 5 uses then no more until next day

That wouldn't really be what this plugin does then, it's just for timed cooldowns, not uses.
