Hello, i want to use this plugin but i want to add a cooldown only at one command, can i do this without adding all the commands at whitelist?

For a single command, rate limiting (or cooldowns) should be implemented in the plugin that implements the command(s).  This plugin blacklists and prevent abuses of the entire command system by default.  A more substantial command cooldown system would better suited to your needs, but that would be a different plugin.

That's they only plugin I found... Do you know any other plugin?

I am not, but that would be neat and allow me to eliminate a lot of code.
