I'm blocking give commands and its working like magic for myself and the other mods. I have two oxide groups one for mods and one called admin. I granted admin group the bypass permission but it still wont let me give items from the f1 menu or by console command. I'm not sure what im doing wrong here.. Someone have any ideas?

What is the exact message you see? Also, do you have the Give plugin installed?

I do not have the give plugin installed and I don't get any special message other than:

[Command Block] Sorry, the 'inventory.giveid' command is blocked

After you mentioned the give plugin, it looks like it actually does the job I was looking for, if I'm not completely wrong.
Anyway possible I must have the give plugin for commandblock to work optimally?

The Give plugin would do what you want for limiting the F1 menu.
