im using command block to test it and im blocking myself as admin from using the f1 give

if i click on the 100 (of any item) - i get this message in Console - [Command Block] TomHudÔäó  attempted to use blocked command: inventory.giveid
if i click on the 1000 - i get this message in Console - [Command Block] TomHudÔäó attempted to use blocked command: inventory.giveid
If i click on any item and only select 1 - [ServerVar] giving [TEST] TomHudÔäó 1 x Sulfur

How can i block the 1 item in f1 ???

Sorry, must have missed this thread. You can find the existing inventory commands by using "find inventory" on your F1 game console, and then add those to the configuration.
