I had it working until a server restart , it lets you in the /colours menu and it works for me but nobody else , yet it did before the restart and yes I've checked perms .show which is set for admin and default groups  , strange lol
maybe I added another mod that's conflicted?

If you didn't save your server before restarting, then your permissions were reset.
