if i have the permission rainbow the chat triggers from smart chat bot no more working

The plugins are not marked compatible therefore don't expect it to work. I don't know what smart chat bot is but in general multiple chat plugins can cause conflicts.
As soon as I have some time spare I will have a look into possibly adding support for this.
