i think he wants to be able to add RP as rewards from the ServerRewards plugin. I just got this one going also, was going to ask the same thing when i saw this.

and for permissions, maybe after 100 kills they get put into a group called "killer" and get claimrewards.killer or something similar and get access to a new kit or perk.
