Can you add the VIP permission and colldown options, please?

Just like NTeleportation. For example :

"Cooldown": 60,
"DailyLimit": 1,
  "VIPDailyLimits": {
       "nteleportation.vip": 10
     }
     "VIPCooldowns": {
       "nteleportation.vip": 30
