Are there any settings to say "chinook has dropped crate at (x) Monument"? Or is there a separate plugin for that?

I believe Inbound covers exactly what you are looking for ^^
It allows you to say that it has spawned, not that it spawned at a certain monument
After the new map has been added and new monuments.... also update 2 days ago try and update it, also remember to delete old configs!
