The links for defaultPictureURL and config.PictureURL are broken. Returned instead is:

AccessDeniedAccess denied.Anonymous caller does not have storage.objects.get access to the Google Cloud Storage object.​

Alerts added for a user aren't added to the data file and don't trigger (nor do they trigger when configured in the config file), even though /cnv add alert shows "The alert has been added."
