The plug-in in installed and working (to some extent). The hotkey Shift+Right Click is moving all same type items to the chests at a time.
However I'm not getting any difference in stack sizes. I'm trying to set the parameters so that it's a vanilla (1x) rate for the inventory and 2.5x for storage containers/tc.

I've tried changing th global parameter to "2.5f", "2.5", "3f", and "3" and nothing is working (I assumed because 2.5 isn't a whole number that it could be some issues there). Is there a plugin that I need here or is there some other issue? Other mods I have are:
