I have no errors.

I have tried it with the server off, I have tried settings others have shared here, I am losing my mind trying to figure out why when I set for example, TC storage limit to 2.0 it does not work.

I have spawned new boxes, I have tried making my own by chopping my own wood, I just can't seem to figure this plugin out.

I have no other stack plugin.

I can suggest you to have a test server with fresh installed vanila Rust server and latest Oxide. Then install this (or any other you want to test) plugin and check if the problem is solved, so you could be 100% sure you have no conflits with other plugins. Run command in console "plugins" and make sure this is the only currently running plugin.
Speaking about configuration, do this:

1. o.unload ChestStacks;
2. Edit "cupboard.tool.deployed": 5.0 in your /oxide/config/ChestStacks.json and save it;
3. o.load ChestStacks;

Okay, so I didn't do the first part but I did do what you said about the plugin and it worked INSTANTLY.

I am SO relieved. I was able to update the rest of the things I want to 2.0 (Furnaces, BBQ, boxes, etc.)

I have about 20 plugins, this was the only one I think needed to be not in the server while I edited it.
