@Wulf (Didn't know how or if you even could tag a user...)

Just wanted to let you know you have it written down as "chatclear.use" however after being told it doesn't exist by oxide i had a glance in the ChatClear.cs file and noticed it's actually "chatclear.self" after adding permission for that it worked perfectly fine.
