For all commands that have server as a parameter maybe also add building and/or radius and/or non-server parameters.

/cctv add <me | server | radius | building | non-server | all >

building = all cameras connected to building
radius = all cameras within a radius designated within the command OR within the config
non-server = all non server default cameras

OH and also make is so admins do not need permissions :)
