how can Low Grade Fuel be blocked at a small oil refinery?

Hi, you can disable low grade fuel burning in config. Its enabled by default, but side effect is that your fuel can start burning out after refining crude oil. 
It made sense to me, but in reality it is rather annoying as I think about it now. I will release update soon, disabling LGF burning in refineries.
