This WAS working, then it mysteriously stopped working. Players reported and I verified. Had to literally stand on top of workbench for it to work. In my config, the range is set to 100. Not throwing any errors in RCON or console. Reloaded without any errors but still doesn't work.

Also - an interesting thing has started happening. When admin or moderator is in vanished mode, T3 Workbench is active (even if not remotely close to one!). As soon as vanish is removed (go visible ) the T3 workbench buff goes away.
Did you ever figure this out? Having the exact same issue
The question is how do you know it's working if you are standing on top of the workbench ? If you are standing on top of the workbench then
you are within it's normal range, you would have to move away from the normal range of the workbench to know if it's working or not. So did
the workbenches quit working completely unless you stand on top of them ? That's a different issue all together.
