After placing a workbench the player couldnt craft the related items.
He later found out that there's something wrong with the range.

There can be multiple reasons as to why doesn't match as to what you'd expect.

1. Does the building have a TC in it?
2. Is there an older building with a TC nearby? That is how the core of rust determines which building you're in.
3. Are you using any plugins like UpgradeableWorkbenches and are using an older version?

1. Yes, it had a tc.
2. I don't know. :)
3. I have no other plugins regarding workbenches.
