I see multiple reports that people are able to bypass the limit. And i'm wondering if this counts foundations per building or per player. And i'm wondering if this plugin is more optimized than the FoundationLimit plugin or if it works the same.

Does it limit per player or per building?
And does it calculate foundations total?
