Ever since 4/1 when using /up or any of the commands on a base alot of building blocks are missed by the command, sometimes most of the base is missed. So a base will only be partially upgraded or sometimes not upgraded at all.

I have been using it everyday since the wipe and no problems at all. might be a permission/lack of resources error

Nope, all permissions are granted and I havnt changed anything on it in weeks, just randomly broke on this April update. It's like it doesnt reconize the entire building.

I spent a while checking it as someone complained it was "breaking" turrets so i /up'ed and /down'ed for a while to test it out (no breakages) and as i said i have been building bases with it since the wipe and have had no problems.

What have you got this set to ?
"Upgrade/Downgrade Per Frame": 50

If you can't upgrade with a hammer, then you can't upgrade with /up.
There are many reasons why you can’t upgrade a building. Such as if the building block was damaged within 30 seconds
