I am downloading Building Grades like any othre plugin the exact same way but there does not seem to be any files attached with it, no config or data and in the plugins it shows 0mb

Not all plugins have configurations or data, such as this one. This one utilizes permissions as shown on the plugin page.

thanks for your reply, as i said there is no files whatsoever, permission says

Permission 'buildinggrades.cangrade' doesn't exist

and even when i try to oxide.reload BuildingGrades it says does not exist or it cannot find the plugin...

That means the plugin is not loaded then. If the command says it can't find it, the plugin is not installed in the right location.

ive tried 3 times and doing it exactly the same as all my other plugins.... also this is the only one of them all that in the plugins folder says size 0mb

i should just add this is happening when i copy the link address on the download button and paste it in to my load plugings section of my rented server host

That would mean that the files were not able to be downloaded to your host directly, so the files do not exist for the server to load.

i done it manually and think its fixed, thank you so much for you time and help :)

yep fixed, just had to download manually instead of pasting the copy download link.
