Hello i have give permishions to defalt for up and down command but as far as i no you can only use this if you have placed the build yourself of have tc aurth but i have a player on witch i need to find is going round downgrading bases i dont no how this can be dun ?

It is either they have the owner command, or they're an admin.

yes it was my mess up had buildinggrades.owner for default :(
