After the last update, this appears to be broken for me? Using latest version of the plugin, permissions are set, command is properly used but it returns "Unknown Command". Unloaded and reloaded plugin, makes no difference. No errors in console.

We tried /up 2 and got that error above. Did you mean to try the command with quotations?

"/up 2" doesn't work.
I'm getting my player to type "/up 2" in chat. He also tried /up2 and /up 2 exactly as the bolded sections are typed.
