I see that this plugin is no longer maintained but I thought I'd try my luck since I dont know of an alternative plugin.

Raidable Bases now allows ladders to be built if ladder-blocking plugins use the EventTerritory API. Is there any chance that this can be added to this plugin or can someone suggest a plugin similar to Building Blocker that has the EventTerritory API?
