I have made a mistake by adding this plugin to my server. Raiders wiped all homes after raiding then I decide to remove it but is still working... All authorized players on TC can still remove all.

ok, but what about raiders using this tool ?
my server is a no raid server. 

Read description and configuration. Raiders who got to the cupboard could remove all the house which is logical. So make sure people cant get to TC and everything is fine.
