Hello, 
for my "solo only for newbie" server, i give the possibility to have the remover to test building.
but i would like players use it only on their own base when they are building it.
i want to block it to raiders if they found TC and put their own TC.

is it possible to allow the player to remove a construction ONLY if he build it himself ?
