2nd I give myself permission.

3rd F1 bind ATTACK_THIRD attack3

4th Press the middle button of the mouse.

5th The menu does not open to interact.

Did you tried to restart your client and server?
i cant reproduce your bug

the problem is this doesn't work for some. changing the button to something else fixes it for me
