I ended up spawning a ton of scientists and lagged bad.
Trying to avoid them by clicking the noclip on build plugin.
Then ended up crashing.
Now when I try to use the build command it will not let me unclick no clip. other stuff highlights but will not do anything when pressing the right mouse button.
Tried changing permissions, checked any binds.
Noclip and other commands work fine in console command.

Tried reloading plugin Via Console but I dont think I did it right.
May try more of that, I am not owner but I am admin

Server reset seemed to do the trick. not sure why it happened. At least that part, but now the build part is broken will keep working with it
