I set all the values under "Construction" from true to false, and kept

"Use Bypass Permission (set false to increase performance)": true​

It still returns "You can't build or place into blocked area!". When I set the bypass permission to false, it returns 'Building is Blocked!'

Set the values under "Construction" from false to true if you want to allow them to be built while building blocked

This is why each setting starts with "Allow". If you set it false, then you aren't allowing it to be built while building blocked.

You can't build or place into blocked area! message is from the plugin itself when Use Bypass Permission (set false to increase performance) is set true

Building is blocked! message is from the game itself when set false. You cannot block this message from showing since it's from the game itself.

Sorry, I meant Raidable bases do not allow them .
I would like to set it up so that only Raidable Bases allow building in building blocked areas.
