If everything is set to true, stairs dont work, walls, doorways, half walls. Nothing but Ladders, Floors, and Floor Frames work. Any idea why?

It does not seem work, you can put the ladder and ceiling even if you do not have a cabinet

@Vilesyde Facepunch changed the behavior to only allow floors, floor frames and ladders.

@Danielp8400 If there's no cupboard then players can build.
