From your previous messages, it shows you running version 0.0.2, not the latest version 1.0.0. Plugins are automatically loaded and reloaded when the file is changed/updated/modified, so putting the plugin in the plugins folder and overwriting the old would cause it to do so in most cases unless you have that functionality disabled. You can also trigger this by using the oxide.reload command with the plugin's filename.
I didn't have this plugin prior to today because I full wiped my server due to a memory leak. This plugin was suggested to me by one of the players on my server and I just downloaded it today... which is why I asked how to download the update as that's the file this website gave me.
I'd suggest re-downloading it, as the download being provided is the 1.0.0 version. Unless you downloaded the previous update from the Updates tab, then it would be providing the 1.0.0 version as that is the latest version.
