Can we get permission to craft? so not everyone can make it?

everytime i hit E even if i dont have blood in my hands or on bar the "mot enough bags" message appears

Also i was just told

"I can not craft the new bloodbags you need to hit e on your key bord to use the bloodbags so if you typ somthing in chat with an e in the sentens it uses the bloodbags"

Im going to go back to v1.8.0 it was so much better.

This plugin uses the permission system. To assign a permission, use oxide.grant <user or group> <name or steam id> <permission>. To remove a permission, use oxide.revoke <user or group> <name or steam id> <permission>.

That not how it works - The current perm is to craft and use so every one has to have it, I want some people to craft it and every one to be able to use it
