In case someone care about this plugin, please, merge this commit.

Added chat icon, chat prefix, colors and extended messages, translation. Now when you change grade, you can see what exactly your grade is and its available for translation, like

En: Automatic upgrading is now set to grade 1 (Wood).
Ru: Автоматическое улучшение теперь установлено на 1 (Дерево).​

Please, add at least english text names, if you for some reason refusing to add localizable ones, chat icon and colors.
There are many newcomers and they are confused with /grade 2 -> "Automatic upgrading is now set to grade 2".

I have added grade words with minimal changes in code, still hoping you will add this to your plugin. People will be thankful for this, believe me.

Well, I've done it not for credits. Thanks for adding it at least. But in update description it was better to mention that you added a grade name to localization files, not just a version change.
