Can we change Scarecrown speed run?

Sorry this wasn't as soon as I would, but you'll be able to change the speed run by setting the "RunSpeedFraction" (also one for the walk speed).

This is a percentage of the base speed, so you need to set it to 1.0 if you want the same as now, or 0.8 to make it slower for example (or 1.2 to make it faster). The plugin will be released today.
