This plugin is not functioning as it should with regards to the title, title color, or chat icon. I am able to use /say but it does not change the serer chat icon, put the title there, or anything else. It simply passes along the string of text. I am also able to constantly give myself the permission through f1 console and it never says that I already have the permission assigned.

This is for the console command "say", not whatever "/say" comes from.

Reinstalled the plugin and it worked perfectly.
