'BetterGrenades v1.0.2' is using deprecated hook 'OnPlayerActiveItemChanged', which will stop working on Wednesday, 01 January 2020. Please ask the author to update to 'OnActiveItemChanged(BasePlayer player, Item oldItem, Item newItem)'
