i know, but no idea to fix it = both developers have a talk about it ;)
What I'm trying to say is that it's not an issue with the Better Elevators plugin. The issue is betweeen vanilla elevators and Copy Paste, so you probably won't get much help on that issue in this section.
I might take a look at updating Copy Paste in a few months once my current projects are wrapped up.
