With this (and many more plugins installed) I can't seem to connect water or electric circuits. If I unload it is works fine. Is it due to the update, or a plugin issue after the update?

Hmm that is interesting. I don't make any changes to wiring tools its just values in electric stuff. I'm not adjusting any water stuff. Is there a step-by-step reproduce pattern?
I have just finished wiring up my turrets, I use a simple settup, usually (for each "power station") 12 generators @700w each connected to one main splitter to 3 sub splitters to other splitters as needed , connected to switches for the turrets , I use flashing blue lights connected to each turret (no ammo) connecter and they are monitored by a cctv camera, no problems with the connections so far, are you up to date with oxide ?
The plugin does not support turrets as they had their own plugin. I had issues with other plugins affecting electricity. Once I removed them it worked fine.I am working on a fix for the water pump and smart switches. I have coded support for the lift and I am beta testing it on my server. I been a bit swamped at work supporting Covid-19 response often working 12 hour days so have not really had much spare time to work on thing.

bugger, I thought this was lights on, it is Better Electricity. I did uninstall this to get Lights On working. My bad.

What do you mean "This plugin does not support Turrets" ? , Did you read my post where i stated that i have just finished wiring up my base ? , it is to support the 80+ Turrets I have running on it , as well as 3 sam sites,
The plugin is working great, check your configs and oxide.
