Can I make it like "no need to electricity" ? I don't play Rust... only hosting a server... that is why I can not figure out the settings...

So, in order to understand what this plugin does you need to play the game :) This just buffs the output of electricity for players in the game. 

Could u please also add "Disable need of electricity" option with perm? So we can also disable the need of electricity.

Unfortunately I can't disable need for electricity. Its a mechanic for the game, and the time it would take to try and disable it would take up too much time. It is just not in the roadmap.
