It happens once a while and in a very frequent rate. Whats up with this? Anyway to fixed? Cause everytime it happens it will lag the fuck out of the server.

this is not 'lagging the fuck out of your server' your server is already lagging. remove all plugins and see if you can get stable FPS.

FPS are stable. It only happens when the plugin is running. While unloading it everything is smooth as butter.
