We're having a plugin review of our servers and noticed we were using Ignore.cs which is the old API plugin from Oxide and isn't on umod.

The docs for Better Chat Ignore here on umod say:-

Requires both [URL='http://oxidemod.org/plugins/better-chat.979/']BetterChat[/URL] (version 5.0.12 ) and [URL='http://oxidemod.org/plugins/ignore-api.1054/']Ignore API[/URL] plugins to work

... so now I'm a little bit confused. Do we still need Ignore.cs from the Oxide site or is it now built into Better Chat Ignore?

Ignore API doesn't do anything alone besides managing an ignore list, You will need both Better Chat Ignore and Ignore API
