I cannot find the appropriate API to install, before this plugin, in order to get it to work.  Also, no idea what ever happend to the /pm plugin for Private Message, do you?  The Whisper plugin is all well and good, but players having to type /whisper is annoying, do you know what ever happened to the /pm?
