First of all, you need Zone Manager, which the description doesn't even tell you that it's a dependent.  Second, the instructions are sparse, at best.  Whoever designed this needs to get back here pronto and update it or someone needs to take over and do this right.  It's currently a waste.  So tired of seeing good plugins abandoned on this site.

This plugin hasn't had a maintainer since before it existed on this site; it was imported from our old site as abandoned and has been for many years. Unfortunately, not everyone can devote their time to projects like  this forever, and it takes those willing to continue someone else's work.
